What age are the watches for?
The Essential watch is designed for ages 4 to 12, while the Pro is designed for ages 5 to 14.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
Are there activation fees?
No. There are no activation fees — you only pay your monthly plan.
Can I turn the watch off during class?
Yes. Class mode turns the screen off during the school hours you choose, so your child stays focused. Location tracking and the SOS button stay active.
How accurate is location tracking?
Outdoors, accuracy is generally between 5 and 20 metres.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days in Quebec.
